FAQ
What does LeonardBen Agency do?
At LeonardBen Agency, we run ad campaigns, mainly on Meta, Google, Reddit, email marketing, PR Release and other effective marketing means to promote Kickstarter projects. We keep it simple and risk-free for Kickstarter creators to boost their projects with advanced yet transparent reporting, and no long-term contracts. We’ve worked with over many Kickstarter and other crowdfunding platforms campaigns with more than $1M raised between them.
How much do your services cost?
Our pricing begins at 10% of the pledges generated through our efforts—typically around 5% of a project’s overall funding. Creators who invest in higher daily ad spend qualify for discounted rates, which can reduce the fee to as low as 7% on the incremental pledges. There are no setup charges or hidden costs. The creator fully controls the ad budget and pays for the ad spend for the promotion before we start it.
What will the ad spend cost?
Actual ad budgets vary significantly between projects. However, most creators spend around 10% (usually 7.5% to 12.5%) of their total raise on ads. And some base on the ad budget they have available to get the promotion to kickstart.
What's the best way to get in touch with your team?

Is LeonardBen Agency a full-service agency?
Yes. We produce video or graphics, page design, marketing messaging, pre-launch list building, etc.
Does LeonardBen Agency work on platforms other than Kickstarter?
Yes. Our specialty is promoting the best campaigns not only on Kickstarter, but on other platforms as well.
Will I be charged Leonardben's fee for canceled pledges?
No. You won’t be charged fees for canceled pledges. All pledge adjustments (upgrades/downgrades/cancellations) made before the campaign ends are automatically taken into account in our fee calculation and reported on our dashboard. Once the project has ended, our fee is final regardless of uncollected pledges.
